As a mother of twin girls, Amber is able to lead, empower and delegate well. Her ambition, fearlessness and focus gave her the drive she needed to contribute to the successful acquisition of Ellis by ECS and make the career shift to recruiting in late 2015. Amber can tackle any challenge you throw at her, from building a successful recruiting program from the ground up to implementing a new applicant tracking system.
