Metropolitan Area.

Q: How long have you worked at ECS?
A
:  I have been working for ECS since 2018.

Q: What is the LightBox PRISM Award?
A:
LightBox PRISM connects leaders from commercial real estate lending and property risk management to exchange insights that will tackle the most pressing market challenges and have important discussions that will shape the future of technology and the industry.

One goal of the PRISM Awards is to promote and elevate the achievements of innovators across the industry. PRISM’s most popular award category, the “Developing Leaders Award,” highlights an up and coming professional in the consulting, lending or appraisal field with less than ten years of experience for their valued contributions. The award is presented to a rising leader who has demonstrated impressive achievement in the areas of leadership, visibility, professional competency, or industry involvement in the early stage of their career.

Q: What shaped you on your journey to the award?

A: Well-rounded involvement in the industry, specifically technical and professional experience. Having my company support me as I joined various industry committees or networking opportunities, having the opportunity to advance my technical/professional/managerial skills and being part of our leadership development program.

Q:  Did anyone important help you along the way?
A:
My superiors mentored and supported me and my colleagues had my back. It really means so much to me to have their support.

Q: How were you prepared to accept this award?
A: I have been given many leadership opportunities throughout high school and college. This has extended into my professional career with opportunities to participate in recruiting and development of other team members.

Q: What is your greatest career accomplishment thus far?
A:
I am proud of my professional growth in the past four years, I have been able to develop a strong network of clients and prospects and contribute to the success of our team.

Q: How does this award makes you feel?
A
: It is a tremendous honor and fantastic to be recognized individually and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for the support of my team and our management. I am so thankful to have the team to learn from every single day.
