ECS is pleased to announce that Jared Pitts, PE, has been promoted to Geotechnical Department Manager of our Jacksonville, FL, office. Jared joined ECS in 2022 and has since served as a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager.
ECS is Jared’s company of choice because he feels that the firm offers excellent opportunities for both technical and managerial growth. He has enhanced his skill set by working on diverse projects and he values the wealth of knowledge shared by experienced senior engineers.
In his role as Geotechnical Department Manager, Jared stimulates the growth of his department by identifying new project opportunities in the Jacksonville area. He leads engineers and project managers, oversees geotechnical and field-services projects, prepares and reviews reports, assembles proposals for geotechnical engineering services and assists senior staff with maintaining client contact.
When asked about his promotion, Jared said, “I am excited to have the opportunity to help lead and grow an already thriving department. I look forward to developing deeper relationships with our clients and mentoring young engineers.”
Jared is excited about the company’s future and looks forward to contributing to the continued expansion and dominance of the Jacksonville office and its geotechnical department.
