Leo Titus, President of ECS Mid-Atlantic, is involved in the Minnieland Academy’s Kindergarten Tech Education program. The school is located in the Northern Virginia area and the program gives children a ground floor experience in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math).
Their website states that “through the use of the WE DO robotics program by Lego Educational Services and the Engineering is Elementary curriculum created by the Boston Science Museum, children are introduced to basic engineering concepts. The use of technology is an integral part of the learning experience as well. Reading, writing and math are essential daily elements of the program.”
