Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that James R. Dedrick, PE, has been promoted to Construction Services Manager in Austin, Texas. Mr. Dedrick has been an ECS employee since 2022 and he maintains his position as an Associate Principal Engineer while taking on this promotion.
