Engineering Consulting Services Appoints Principal Engineer

Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that David M. Anderson, PE, has been promoted to Principal Engineer. “This is a natural progression for David and well deserved as he continues to excel in his leadership and dedication to ECS and our clients,” said Michael Galli, ECS Mid-Atlantic Subsidiary Regional Manager.
