Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that Kevin Barnhart has joined the firm as Business Development Manager for the York, Pennsylvania office, and has launched a new office in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Barnhart brings more than 16 years of engineering industry experience to his new role, where he will focus on business development and client management.

Barnhart holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Earth Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
