ECS Announces New Concrete Division Specialist

ECS is pleased to announce that Bill Denison, CCPf, FACI, has been promoted to concrete division specialist effective May 21, 2023. Bill has been with ECS for more than seven years and since then has served as a construction materials department manager for the Mid-Atlantic Chesapeake, VA office.

In his new role as a concrete division specialist, Bill will be responsible for the growth and successful execution of concrete projects and for managing and overseeing a team that will function across the company. Bill’s team will be responsible for educating, troubleshooting, and designing multiple classes of concrete covering longevity, durability, and sustainability, along with low shrinkage and thermal properties, providing investigative and forensic testing on many different types of concrete.

As an American Concrete Institute Fellow (FACI), Bill has contributed to the production and use of concrete materials, products and structures in education, research development, design, construction and management and has more than 38 years of experience with advanced concrete technology. Bill’s background in all things concrete makes him a perfect fit for this new position.

Bill says, “I am honored to have been chosen to run this division. It has been an ongoing process to get here, but I am thankful we now have this division I am so passionate about. I look forward to overseeing and growing our team.”
