Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that Joey Broussard, PE has been appointed Office Manager of the Jacksonville, Florida office. A member of the ECS team for eight years, Broussard has been an integral part of the Jacksonville branch’s management team having previously served as Operations Manager and Geotechnical Department Manager. In his new role, Broussard will provide service line operations management, senior-level engineering consulting, technical review and oversight, business development and client relations throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and Georgia, Broussard has over 28 years of geotechnical engineering experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana.
