Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) to announce that Isacc Céspedes, PE, LEED AP BD+C has been promoted to Construction Materials Department Manager for the Orlando, Florida office. A member of the ECS team since 2017, Céspedes was previously a Project Engineer for the Orlando Construction Materials Department. He has experience managing construction materials testing projects at project sites located throughout the United States and abroad including commercial building envelope consulting, inspection and testing, ASTM specialty testing, forensic investigations and commercial property condition assessments.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.
