Provides employees and their dependents benefits for medical insurance and prescription drugs, and optional dental coverage. Optional vision coverage [Cigna Vision] includes eye exams, prescription glasses and/or contact lenses.

At ECS vacation time is accrued annually based on length of service. Sick leave / personal leave is accrued at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours annually. Paid holidays are also provided.

To help you achieve your long-term financial goals, employees may contribute a percentage of their salary to a traditional before-tax 401[k] and/or after-tax Roth account up to annual IRS limits. ECS matches your contribution up to 4% each pay period.

ECS provides a FSA program that allows employees to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their salaries to pay for eligible, non-reimbursed, health care and dependent care out-of-pocket expenses during the plan year. The FSA program allows you to reduce your taxable income without reducing your real income so you keep more of the money you earn.

ECS offers employees a tax-advantaged savings program designed to help pay for higher education for anyone including children, grandchildren, spouses, friends, relatives and the employee. Contributions are made to the account after-tax. All earnings are tax-free and withdrawals are federally tax-free if used for qualified higher education expenses.

Basic group life insurance is provided for employees. Additional life insurance coverage is available through payroll deduction for employees, spouses and children. Up to 70% of your income may be covered by short-term and long-term disability plans in the event of a disability.

ECS offers voluntary coverage to employees for accident insurance. Coverage is also available for eligible dependents (spouse and children up to age 26). With accident insurance, you’ll receive payment(s) associated with a covered injury. This insurance provides coverage on and off the job 24/7.

ECS offers voluntary coverage to employees in the event of a critical illness. Coverage is also available for eligible dependents (spouse and children up to age 26).

ECS provides access to an EAP via a 24-hour hotline. The EAP provides no-cost, confidential assistance for a variety of professional and personal issues including: stress, work-related issues, financial challenges, or marital and family problems.

ECS encourages our employees to continue their education to reach their full potential. On-the-job training opportunities, tuition reimbursement and mentoring programs are available.
