With over 30 years of experience, Karl Higgins is an experienced engineer whose technical expertise is highly sought after. While his current role with ECS is leading a team of dedicated staff as a Chief Engineer, his aforementioned knowledge has lead him to also be a member of a number of other professional organizations. Due to his wide range of industry experience Karl has helped tackle many large scale projects in both the public and private sectors across ECS’ footprint.
