Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) welcomes back Will Vaughn, PE, SI as the Subsidiary Director of Construction Services. A previous member of the ECS team for 12 years, Vaughn has over 19 years of experience of hands-on experience, both in the field and laboratory, of construction materials and geotechnical testing including a variety of laboratory, deep foundations and specialty testing.
“Will has a unique and vast amount of construction engineering experience since starting as a technician with us in 2004,” said Joe Champion, PE, Subsidiary President of ECS Florida, LLC. “He has grown with our team becoming a Professional Engineer and now Threshold Engineer. We are excited to have him rejoin our team and help be a leader for Florida in deep foundation testing, threshold inspection and specialty testing.”
A licensed Professional Engineer and Threshold Special Inspector in Florida, Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL.
