Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that Johnathan Garber has received his Professional Geologist certification. Mr. Garber serves as Project Manager in the ECS Chantilly office and has been with the firm since 2013.
Mr. Garber is responsible for managing the coordination, planning and analysis of geophysical engineering projects. Additionally, he manages subsurface explorations and preparation of geotechnical engineering analysis reports for a variety of projects and provides project management of construction materials testing projects.
Mr. Garber holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, and a Master of Engineering in Geotechnics from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO.
