Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that Mark Fletcher, Director of Business Development, will expand his territory within the firm. Previously serving the ECS Williamsburg and Chesapeake offices, Mr. Fletcher adds the Fredericksburg, Winchester and Charlottesville regions to his portfolio.
With more than ten years of experience in business management and development, Mr. Fletcher brings an extensive proficiency in sales and national account management to his increased coverage area with the company. He is responsible for improving strategic market orientation, providing business development leadership and further diversifying market opportunities consistent with the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Mr. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Master’s College in Newhall, CA. Outside of ECS, he is involved with community services and supporting the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind.
