ECS is pleased to announce James Lawrence McMillan has joined our Southeast environmental team as a senior project manager. James brings eight years of industry experience to his new role where he has developed specialties in hazardous material assessments, indoor air quality assessments and management, and industrial hygiene.
In his new role, James will be responsible for report and proposal writing, technical development, leading business development initiatives within the operating group and serving as a resource to junior staff.
“The team mentality is strong with ECS, and support is easy to be found when needed,” James says, “For me, this opportunity means a chance to grow my own skills and abilities while growing the Charleston, SC, market as well. This opportunity also means that I can help others grow and succeed in this industry.”
Originally from Allendale, SC, James attended the College of Charleston where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.
