Paul Blake has been promoted to Executive Vice President and assumes the role of Northern Regional Manager. He is responsible for the ECS Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, Wilmington, Fayetteville offices, as well as the regional facilities and environmental services. A member of the ECS team for more than a decade, Mr. Blake has more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental and construction materials testing consulting. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University.
