ECS Midwest is excited to announce the addition of David Potoma, PE as Construction Materials Department Manager in the Cleveland, OH office.
In addition to managing the materials testing and laboratory operations, David is committed to the growth of the department through a strong emphasis on marketing and business development. David’s experience starting out in the field and working his way into the office provides a strong foundation to best connect field and office personnel.

A licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio, David graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
