MacLeod Appointed Geotechnical Department Manager

Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that Andrew MacLeod, PE, has joined the firm as Geotechnical Department Manager for the Baltimore, Maryland office. Mr. MacLeod brings more than 13 years of geotechnical engineering and construction observation/testing experience to his new role. He has worked on a wide variety of projects in the Mid-Atlantic region throughout his career, providing services such as subsurface exploration and reporting, deep foundation design and observation, retaining wall and support of excavation design and slope stability analyses. He is excited to serve in this leadership role and continue to mentor and learn from others.

Mr. MacLeod is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and Washington, DC, and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland as well as a Masters in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
