Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that David P. Huggins, LEED AP, has been appointed Office Manager of the ECS Charlottesville branch office. An ECS employee since 2000, Mr. Huggins began his tenure at ECS as a Senior Project Manager, served as Manager of Construction Services and most recently served as Business Development Manager in the Chantilly, Virginia office of ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC.
Mr. Huggins has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, most of which has been spent providing geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services in the Washington, DC, area. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professional and received his Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management from the University of Maryland and Associate of Science in Construction Technology from Herkimer County Community College.
