ECS Dallas Welcomes New Staff

Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that Robert Chandler Haney has joined the firm as a Construction Materials Senior Project Manager and Che-Hung (Chris) Tsai, PhD, PE has joined the firm as a Geotechnical Senior Project Manager for the Dallas office.

Mr. Haney joins the team with 25 years of field, technical, and management experience in the survey and construction industries. He is experienced in the continual development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs that contribute to the further education of inspection staff to promote a positive work environment that is condusive to productivity.

“Robert is a great addition to our team, he has a set of skills that will take us to the next level in 311T projects and I’m excited to work with him,” says Eli Jacobs, Construction Materials Department Manager in Dallas.

Dr. Tsai joins the team over 25 years of engineering related experience on diverse aspects of civil and geotechnical projects. Dr. Tsai is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical) from The University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Tech University, respectively. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Hydraulics Engineering from Feng Chia University in Taiwan.
