Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that B. Scott Gresham, PE, has transferred to the ECS Fredericksburg office to step into the role of Construction Materials Department Manager. A member of the ECS team since 2008, Mr. Gresham brings more than 23 years of industry experience to his new role. His move will support a dynamic, growing and energized CMT team in Fredericksburg.
Mr. Gresham has provided senior consultation, peer review and management for hundreds of construction testing and observation projects, with his experience extending across multiple market sectors. As CMT Department Manager, he will oversee quality control, report review and management of projects in addition to the mentoring and management of junior and senior field and laboratory staff.
A Professional Engineer in Virginia since 2005, Mr. Gresham holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from North Carolina State University. He most recently served as Branch Manager of the ECS Charlottesville office.
