Diversity isn’t simply a quota or a participation percentage, it is the natural result of an organization that values every voice, respects different opinions and listens to all viewpoints. We’re committed to developing teams where the perspectives of everyone are heard and are taken seriously. Not only does this lead to innovative, groundbreaking solutions for our clients, it helps us form relationships that go beyond just business.
The PAWS (Promoting All Women’s Strengths) program was founded in 2015 to encourage professional women’s growth through developing a community within ECS. This community focuses on breaking down barriers by fostering and embracing diversity.
The goals of PAWS include providing a platform for further development of the ECS culture to include the needs of professional women and other diverse groups. PAWS holds regular meetings with guided discussion topics about how to develop mentoring relationships with junior staff, work/life balance issues and professional development topics.
The mission of PAWS is to be inclusive and reduce barriers of communication which may exist over any large corporate footprint. Our PAWS members represent a diverse group of women from many regions of the country, with a variety of professional experiences and expertise.
We hope to use our diversity as a platform for encouraging further understanding of the value each ECS employee can bring to our culture.
