ECS Announces Principal Engineer Appointment
ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC is pleased to announce that Michael D. Yasek, P.E., has been promoted to Principal of the firm. Mr. Yasek’s promotion to Principal Engineer is the culmination of 12 years of significant work experience at ECS, first as a staff geotechnical project manager then subsequently as project engineer and branch manager in the Manassas office.
“Mike has been a solid employee since he was hired fresh out of school in 2006,” said Manol Andonyadis, Senior Vice President and Subsidiary Regional Manager of ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC. “Now with significant time as a Professional Engineer under his belt, the timing was right to nominate Mike for the role of Principal Engineer with the firm.”
A registered Professional Engineer in Virginia, Mr. Yasek received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, and his Master of Engineering in Geotechnics from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO.
