ECS Announces Fredericksburg Office Manager Appointment | Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Consulting Services | ECS Mr. Schleifer brings diverse experience in team management to his new role and will be responsible for overseeing the professional engineering staff as well as developing the operational strategy for the office.

A member of the ECS team since 2008, Mr. Schleifer was previously a Senior Project Engineer and Construction Materials Group Manager in the ECS Chantilly, Virginia office. His responsibilities included managing over 30 field technicians, mentoring staff engineers and geologists, managing complex construction materials testing and Special Inspections projects and providing senior oversight of numerous construction and geotechnical projects.

“Dustin is a proven leader and his experience will be an asset to the office and region,” said Michael Galli, ECS Mid-Atlantic Subsidiary Regional Manager. “His leadership will focus on not only the growth and success of our employees but also the success of our clients’ projects. A registered Professional Engineer in Virginia, Mr. Schleifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.
