A licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, West Virginia, Delaware, Ohio and Texas, Mr. Simmons holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
“I am thrilled to join the Special Projects group to help expand its success and rapid growth providing exceptional service on projects with long development and design times, as well as large resource requirements,” said Mr. Simmons.
