HAZWOPER 8-Hour Refresher

Summary text: 

The 8-Hour course satisfies the refresher training requirements. The course includes review of confinement and containment techniques to control the release of a hazardous material, methods and procedures for recognizing, evaluating and controlling hazardous substance, how to select and use appropriate respiratory protection equipment and personal protective equipment for responding, how to combustible gas detectors, oxygen meters and detector tube to evaluate the hazards present at an incident.

Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER)

Summary text: 

Meeting the requirements of OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.120 HAZWOPER standard, this 40-hour course is designed for persons performing emergency response, cleanup, transportation or other activities involving hazardous materials. They also meet EPA requirements for work involving Superfund projects.
