Agutter Promoted to Vice President

ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC is pleased to announce that Mr. Paul D. Agutter, P.E., has been promoted to Vice President in the ECS Chantilly office.

Mr. Agutter has extensive project experience throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and surrounding states, where he has focused on managing a team of about 60 employees on projects of varying size and complexity. In his new role as Vice President, Mr. Agutter will act as Team Manager for the newly integrated Team B/D in the Chantilly office and the satellite office in National Harbor. His team will cover the geographical footprint of Fairfax County, the City of Alexandria, Prince George’s County and Southern Maryland.

“I joined ECS just over 11 years ago because the company business model aligned with how I always thought a great company should be run,” said Mr. Agutter. “The firm focuses on client relationships, realistic growth goals and strong technical knowledge to be a leader in the market.” 

Mr. Agutter earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1997 and received his Professional Engineer license in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2003.  He also holds licenses in the states of Maryland, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
