Project Description:

The Celebrate Virginia campus is a mixed use development underway on 2100 acres in Stafford County and the City of Fredericksburg. Upon completion, the project will include over 3,000,000 square feet of retail/restaurants, over 3,000,000 square feet of office space, several hotels, a convention center, two 18-hole golf courses, and over 1200 residential units.

ECS Involvement:

·         ECS performed the geotechnical investigation for approximately seven miles of a four lane parkway, three tunnels, five bridge structures, and twelve storm water management ponds.

·         ECS also monitored all grading and will be providing Special Inspections to include testing foundations, concrete, structural steel and masonry.
