Project Description

This project consisted of the construction of a 200,000 sf, built­to­suit project, which houses more than 300 FBI personnel, and features a fitness center, a heavily landscaped outdoor area with jogging paths, and a picnic area next to a meadow and a small stream.

ECS Involvement

·         Conducted a value­engineering assessment of the previous geotechnical study

·         Provided additional foundation recommendations using a pressuremeter, which allowed the client the flexibility to conduct a cost benefit analysis before the construction phase
