Project Description:

The Packard Humanities Institute sponsored the construction of the National Audio Visual Conservation Center for the Library of Congress.  This facility is constructed within the confines of the previously abandoned Federal Reserve Storage Facility at Mt. Pony in Culpeper, Virginia.  It is a state of the art conservation center for audio visual media.

ECS Involvement:

·         Tested for CIP concrete and conducted structural inspections for elevated concrete, fireproofing, structural steel, utilities, mass grading, and site paving during construction.
