CNL Retirement Properties, Inc. recently acquired retirement communities ranging from three properties up to 27 properties in various sized portfolios. CNL investments now include 139 properties in 29 states. Portfolio values ranged from $178 million to $528 million. Recent acquisitions where ECS provided environmental services were located in:

ECS Involvement:

·         ECS provided comprehensive environmental due diligence services to CNL Retirement Corp., the acquisition advisor to CNL Retirement Properties, Inc. Environmental services provided included:

◊         Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)

◊         Property condition assessments

◊         Asbestos and lead-based paint surveys

◊         Radon surveys

◊         Mold surveys

◊         Phase II ESAs

·         Our services were provided concurrently in all regions and were coordinated through the Orlando ECS office to facilitate personal client meetings. Tight project timetables were met and draft reports provided to multiple parties for client review. Most of the properties were occupied and the assessment services were provided without disruption to operations or residents.
