Project Description:

Marriott's Aruba Surf Club is a multi-phase and multi-story timeshare complex consisting of approximately 1,000,000 square feet. The timeshare complex consists of deep concrete pier foundation system with post-tensioning and reinforcing steel for elevated slab support.

ECS Involvement:

·         Tower A is believed to be the first post-tensioned slab supported structure on the island of Aruba.

·         The project team consisted of U. S. designers, engineers, architects, and constructors supported by Aruba based contractors and labor forces.
