Project Description:

The Trademark Condominiums is a 28-story residential tower with an attached 9-level parking deck, restaurants, and shops in downtown Charlotte.

ECS Involvement:

·         ECS performed the subsurface exploration and geotechnical analysis for the proposed residential tower and multi-level parking deck.

·         ECS performed a site specific seismic study for the property. The results of our testing will save the owner hundreds of thousands in design and construction costs.

·         ECS is currently providing full Special Inspection testing services for the project including earthwork, drilled piers, structural steel, reinforced concrete and post tensioned slab floor slabs.
