Project Description:

Reston Town Center is a 1.5 million square foot project consisting of three structural steel buildings, one reinforced concrete building, and three precast concrete parking garages.

ECS Involvement:

·         ECS provided full testing and inspection services, including earthwork, foundations, fluid concrete, structural steel connections, precast connections, fireproofing, and installation of roofing.

·         Foundations rayed from shallow spread footings and grade beams to deep foundations (caissons).

·         ECS performed all aspects of testing/inspection with in-house personnel and facilities.

·         Up to four Senior Engineering Technicians were assigned to the site at one time. ECS consistently met manpower and testing requirements for this extremely large, fast track project.
